Interview with Robert Gitelman    ( 25th of February 21:00 GMT UTC )

Interview with Robert Gitelman
    1. You worked with a lot of artists so far. Who was the most fun to work with ?

Robert Gitelman: All the artists I have been working with so far were all professionals and knew how to the job right. I had fun working with any one and one of them so I cant tell you there was someone specific I had more fun working with him. With all of them I had the same goal of creating great music and the same ideas about how that music will sound.

    2. Another thing that people are curious about is the "Fluidum". What's going on with this tune right now ?

Robert Gitelman: "Fluidum" was officially released on January 26th this year. Since then this track got multiple support from every dj, every radio station and almost every trance program around the world. And the most important is to get that support from the crowd who just love this track, and for that I can only thanks to everyone who listen, like and support my music.

    3. What's the main difference between "Fluidum" and another track of Yours "Milestone" ?

Robert Gitelman: For me, there is no difference between them, there is support of djs to both of them. "Fluidum" is more energetic, more kind of an "anthem" and a dance floor killer in the clubs. Anyway, I like them both and I think each of the tracks has it's own unique sound and beauty .

    4. Besides production, what other projects do You have coming up ?

Robert Gitelman: I'm working on a lot of things at the same time, I don't want to release new tracks until they 100% done for me and I completely sure they will catch on. Soon more tracks that I'm working on them right now will be released.

    5. Tell me further details about Your own "Club in" radio show.

Robert Gitelman: The "club in" radio show is a weekly, 2 hours, show. I try my best to make it as updated as I can with the new musical styles and genres. The beauty on this show is that there are no talking in it but only jingles so it gives you a feeling of a party, starts with a low bpm tracks and building up with higher bpm's tracks with the time passing.

    6. Most of the people I know, they are not familiar with the other alias You are producing and remixing as, the "2 Players". Have You got any other aliases ?

Robert Gitelman: During the past, I had worked with some other aliases like G&M Project, 2 Players, Jaron inc, Taze and more.

    7. How has this whole EDM career changed Your attitude towards life in general ?

Robert Gitelman: For me, the trance music it's like an art, when it's good it will stay forever. There are some known classical EDM tracks created 10 and even more years ago that you can listen to them today, and get all excited about them like on the first time you heard them, that's at least how I feel when I listen to these tracks. This music didn't change my attitude towards life, but it does makes me feel updated and young in my spirit when I hear it.

    8. What's Your perspective on the whole European EDM spectrum ?

Robert Gitelman: I can say that as a dj and a radio person I am very pleased and happy that the trance music is catching on all over Europe and all over the world. There are many new names showing up with new tracks and many of them are really talented. I am happy to support many of these new names on my radio show and on the local parties. It's good to have a lot of new producers because it's refreshing the market with new tunes. I think the EDM is on his peak on Europe and can get only better and better from now on.

    9. How do You hope to help propel the EDM to the next level in Israel ?

Robert Gitelman: Today, there is no difference in the styles of music playing on Europe and on Israel. Everything that happens on Europe happens on Israel too and that's thanks to the internet that causing the world becoming smaller and smaller. Because of this, I don't think there is anything to propel on the EDM in Israel because it's already on his highlight here like it is on Europe.

    10. How do You find Israel EDM scene so far and what is Your point of view about any other EDM styles out there ?

Robert Gitelman: I think the EDM scene here is very developed and you can see it on the large amount of known EDM artist came from Israel and now playing all over the world, and there are new names adding to this list every day. And for your second questions, well I'm always open to hear new styles and I'm not rejecting any track because of its style. For me all tracks are good, it's a matter of taste and I can't say that one style is good and the other is bad. For me, it's more important that I'll like the way the track sounds, that it'll excite me and that the production will interest me, if I like it I'll play it no matter what kind of style is it. Every dj will agree with me that if (s)he hear a good track he would want to play it to his crowd so he could transfer the feeling he felt when he first listen to it, no matter what kind of style this track was.

    11. We are nearly to an end of this interview, so tell me now. Planning any follow up gigs nowadays ?

Robert Gitelman: Not something special, I'm working as usual, at this time I'm taking a short break from gigs on Europe because I'm working at the studio on some new music projects. I will be back in the routine this summer.

    12. Have You got any last words for the ones reading this exclusive interview or else the TranceSound.net community ?

Robert Gitelman: I want to thank all of my listeners on the love and support they giving me, don't forget to smile everyday and to be happy, we live only once and we need to enjoy from all of that good happy moments, so don't forget them even when you upset.
