1. How have You been lately Stu, how has 2009 treated You so far ?
Lange: Very well thanks. Its been a great year so far. Touring wise, highlights have been a really fun tour of Indonesia in March and debuts at some cool places like Cairo, Egypt and Dubai. I have been very busy in the studio as always and of course there's my new "Lange presents Intercity" compilation, out next week!
2. Following the very first exclusive interview I ever had with You, back in 2007ish, what can You tell me in terms of productions ? How have You been lately ?
Lange: Recent productions have included remixes of Ferry Corsten "We Belong" and Oceanlab's "I am what I am", and next month sees the release of a new track I wrote with Andy Moor, called "Stadium Four".
3. Speaking of that, we all know what Intercity stands for You, as a show and also as a last achievement, so what other further details can You tell me about it please ?
Lange: I enjoy doing the show... it's my way of showing my musical tastes to a global audience beyond the clubs. The show is expanding and is broadcast on some fm stations around the world. 4. Tell us more about Intercity and when/where people can find it ?
Lange: The album is a double CD and is also available on iTunes from 15th of June. It features some exclusive tracks from my label, Lange Recordings and also the new single with Andy Moor is another exclusive together was some brilliant new singles from top producers. 5. You reckon You will have more support with this summer showcase, rather then the show itself ?
Lange: I don't know! Hopefully people who like the show will enjoy the album and vice versa!
6. The second track of Intercity's showcase, along Andy Moor, makes me think that you might have written it on a football pitch, this is what came in my mind at the very beginning... what's the story behind it ? :)
Lange: Andy's a big football fan, but I am not and it's not a football reference. There's a great club in Jakarta called 'Stadium' and it's on the fourth floor, I was taken back by the atmosphere in there and thought it suited the track!
7. In terms of production, what can you tell me about the most captivating remix made by of You called "Oceanlab - I am what I am" ?
Lange: It was quite a return to my "old school" production style I thought. The BPM (Beats Per Minute) of the original version dictated a faster tempo.
8. Besides Your latest showcase, what's happening with You in terms of what You working on ? Any future vocal releases such as "Out of the Sky" along Sarah Howells, or else the most captivating EDM anthem of all time, "Sincere for You" along Kirsty Hawkshaw, especially the Thrillseekers remix ?
Lange: I have a new single with Sarah coming up late summer. She's a great vocalist and this new song is no exception! I'm also working with several other vocalists on songs for the next Lange artist album, which I am going to focus on later this year.
